🚚 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Receive a Return Label: We’ll provide a return shipping label (return shipping fees may apply, depending on the reason for the return).
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back using the return label.
  4. Refund/Exchange Processing:
    • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we confirm the returned item’s condition.

💸 Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind or Wrong Size: For returns not due to defects or our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

📝 Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
